AQUILA
LEARNING CENTER

In 2017, we launched the AQUILA Learning Center and our content marketing initiative. 

​

Inspired by Marcus Sheridan's They Ask, You Answer approach, our goal was to become, essentially, the Wikipedia of Austin Commercial Real Estate. When our clients and prospects turned to Google an inquiry about our industry, we wanted to be at the top of the page with an answer. 

​

And we did just that. 

 

Since the launch of the AQUILA Learning Center, my team and I have published nearly 300 articles, over 200 videos, and dozens of resources. Web traffic has grown from just over 4,000 visitors a month to an average of 50,000 visitors each month. The Learning Center Newsletter has over 1,000 subscribers, and the web leads have resulted in at least $2 million in revenue for the company.

In five years, total page views on aquilacommercial.com increased by 1,555.47% (or 16.55X).
